- Account Information: Email, unique user ID (CID), and authentication data via Firebase
- Messages & Conversations: All messages (user and AI-generated) are stored in Firebase Firestore
- Device Info: Non-identifiable metadata such as device type and OS
- Usage Data: In-app activity and behavior to improve performance and features

- To power messaging, syncing, and AI response functionality

3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in Google Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to authenticated services controlled by Firebase Authentication.
4. Content Safety
- Illegal or explicit content, including anything involving minors, is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to moderate, delete, or report such content as required by law
5. Underage Users
Users must be 13 or older. If a user under 13 is detected, their account and data will be removed immediately.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Anonymized data may be shared with trusted partners (OpenAI, Google Cloud) solely to enable MumbleAI's features.
7. Your Rights
- You may request deletion of your account and data at any time
- You may request access to or correction of your personal data

We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via app or email.

You must be 13 or older to use MumbleAI. Creating an account confirms this requirement.

- No illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit material
- No harassment, impersonation, or exploitation of users
- No unlawful activity or data sharing
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for any activity on your account. Sharing credentials or misuse may result in termination.
4. Content Ownership
You own your original messages. MumbleAI stores your data to provide functionality but does not claim ownership.
5. AI Generated Content
Replies are AI-generated and intended for entertainment. MumbleAI does not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness.
6. Moderation
- We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, or delete content as needed
- Serious violations may result in suspension or removal without notice
7. Limitation of Liability
MumbleAI is provided "as is" without warranties. Use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these terms or pose safety risks.
Purpose of AI Responses
MumbleAI provides generative AI message suggestions. These should be reviewed and used at your discretion.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the truthfulness, legal validity, or appropriateness of AI responses. They may vary in tone and accuracy.

User Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you choose to send using the app — including AI-generated suggestions.
